Production capability
 We currently have a 36,000 square foot of plant with 100 employees.
We expect to increase our employees to 240 upon completion of our second, 75,000 square foot, plant. This additional manufacturing capacity will allow us to absorb our increasing sales turnover. This expansion of plant and employees will triple our current capacity of 10million pcs/yr to 30million pcs/yr.

Photometric Facility
Our in house photometric facility ensure all our lighting products meet SAE, FMVSS 108 standards. Also, testing certificates issued by independent certification testing lab, Calcoast-ITL, are available upon customer request.

Strong Supply Chain
As SYC has an equity state in multiple wiring, terminal and harness suppliers, we are capable of providing a full line of wire harnesses and related items. Additionally, these partnerships provide vertical intergration allowing SYC to shorten our development and production lead-times.
This strong supply chain makes SYC products more cost and time efficient than our competitors.
